Refund policy

At TRINITY 8, every piece is created with intention. Many of our garments feature distressed finishes, raw hems, fading, paint details, washed treatments, and other intentional variations that make each piece unique.

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn't right with your order, please review our policy below.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Returned with any original tags and packaging included

Proof of purchase or your TRINITY 8 order number may be required.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

DISTRESSING & HAND-FINISHED PIECES

TRINITY 8 garments may intentionally feature distressing, holes, fraying, raw hems, fading, paint splatter, washed effects, irregular finishes, and other variations.

These characteristics are intentional parts of the garment's design and are not considered defects or damage.

Because some pieces may be individually distressed or finished, slight variations between garments are normal and are part of what makes each TRINITY 8 piece unique.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Made-to-order items
  • Worn or washed garments

Limited drops or discounted merchandise may also be designated Final Sale. When applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Intentional distressing and variations described on the product page are not considered manufacturing defects.

EXCHANGES

If you need another size, contact us to request an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because TRINITY 8 may release products in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will still be available.

If your requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another available resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by TRINITY 8.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TRINITY 8 is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Do not send a return without first receiving return instructions from TRINITY 8.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
