2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

TRINITY 8 creates clothing and streetwear that may feature intentional distressing, fading, raw hems, holes, fraying, paint splatter, washed treatments, irregular finishes, screen printing, garment dyeing, and other handcrafted or intentional design characteristics.

Certain TRINITY 8 garments are individually hand-distressed, screen printed, and hand paint-splattered. Because of the handmade nature of these processes, no two pieces are guaranteed to be completely identical.

Variations in distressing, paint placement, print characteristics, garment-dye shade, fading, texture, fraying, and other handcrafted details are intentional characteristics of the product and generally should not be considered defects.

Due to the nature of the garment-dye process, individual garments may also have slight variations in color and shade.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, details, measurements, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, production processes, and the individual characteristics of each garment.

Products may be released in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or change products at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. SIZING & FIT

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing and fit information provided on each product page before purchasing.

Fits may vary between products, particularly with oversized, cropped, boxy, distressed, or specially altered garments.

When a product is described as oversized, boxy, cropped, or otherwise specially fitted, those characteristics are intentional parts of the garment's design.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, discount errors, or other inaccuracies.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional restrictions and expiration dates and generally cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product unavailability, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of promotional offers.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing information, shipping address, email address, selected size, selected colorway, and other order information are accurate before submitting a purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation or modification may not be possible. Please review our applicable cancellation and return policies for additional information.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that are identified as potentially fraudulent or require additional verification, where permitted by law.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and processing estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

TRINITY 8 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer information, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or another customer-caused delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the package is resent.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking information provided for their order and promptly contact us if they believe a delivery issue has occurred.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, eligible returns must be requested within the specified return period and returned in their original eligible condition.

Items marked Final Sale, customized products, made-to-order products, worn products, washed products, altered products, or other excluded merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

Normal variations resulting from hand distressing, screen printing, hand-applied paint splatter, garment dyeing, washing, fading, or other disclosed handmade processes generally are not considered defects.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

9. HAND-FINISHED GARMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Certain TRINITY 8 garments are individually finished by hand.

By purchasing a product clearly identified as hand-distressed, hand-finished, screen printed, hand paint-splattered, garment dyed, or similarly treated, you acknowledge that individual pieces may vary from product photographs and from one another.

These variations may include, but are not limited to:

• Distressing placement and intensity
• Fraying and raw-edge characteristics
• Paint-splatter placement and pattern
• Screen-print characteristics
• Garment-dye color and shade
• Fading and washed characteristics
• Texture and other handmade finishing details

These variations are part of the intended character of the garment and make each piece unique.

This provision does not apply to products that are materially different from what was ordered, genuinely defective beyond the disclosed characteristics, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

10. LIMITED DROPS, PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain TRINITY 8 releases may be offered as limited drops, pre-orders, made-to-order products, or limited-production items.

When applicable, additional processing times, estimated shipping periods, quantity limitations, and return restrictions will be disclosed on the relevant product page.

Purchasing a limited, pre-order, or made-to-order product means you agree to any additional terms clearly disclosed for that product at the time of purchase.

Limited availability does not guarantee future restocks.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the TRINITY 8 name, logos, original graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, product designs, website content, written content, branding elements, slogans, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to TRINITY 8 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without permission.

Purchasing a TRINITY 8 product does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights associated with the artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, slogans, or designs appearing on that product.

12. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, ideas, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You may not submit content that violates another person's rights, contains unlawful material, or is intended to deceive, harm, or impersonate another person.

Any use by TRINITY 8 of customer photographs, videos, or other user-generated content for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any permissions or rights required for that use.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for functions such as ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, marketing, communications, and other services.

Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Your use of certain third-party services may therefore be subject to additional terms.

14. SMS & MOBILE MESSAGING

If you opt in to receive SMS or mobile marketing messages from TRINITY 8, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from us at the mobile number you provide, subject to your consent and applicable law.

Messages may include, where permitted, information regarding product drops, early access, promotions, discounts, abandoned carts, restocks, order-related opportunities, and other TRINITY 8 marketing communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
